Ballet is the most important discipline for a dancer and it is the foundation for all other forms of dance, Ballet teaches the pupil poise, co-ordination, balance, harmony and grace. Classes are held in Classical, Contempory, Pas De Deux and Pointe Work 

 

Tap explores the many rhythms created through the use of the feet, enjoy shuffling along to many styles of music, from musicals like 42nd Street up to present day music. Great fun for all ages.    

 

 

Learn to dance like all your favourite pop stars and groups, learning routines that could be used on any girl/boy band music DVD, from pop to hip hop. 

 

These classes are a good foundation for anyone pursuing a career in the Theatre, this class includes singing, dance and drama, to all our favourite musicals ranging from Lion King, Cats, Oliver, Hairspray........ It provides all the qualities for todays professional.   

 

The Tracy Quaife Dance School is regarded as one of the best dance schools in the Nottinghamshire area. At it's heart is the principal Tracy Quaife, who after a very successful career as a professional dancer opened the school in 1990. Tracy is a highly qualified dance teacher with an excellent reputation within the industry.
