Tracy Quaife

Principal

Tracy Quaife studied at Italia Conti Academy of Theatre Arts, and the Christine Wheatley Dance & Drama Studios in London, gaining IDTA Fellowship Teachers in all core subjects. Tracy’s professional dance career took her all over the world, working with many famous artistes, in television and on the West End Stage.

Alongside a very successful dance career, Tracy appeared in many big television Commercials of their time such as Levi’s, Olympus Cameras with David Bailey, Sony…. and appeared in many fashion shows and Corporate Events.

In 1990 Tracy decided to hang up her dancing shoes and hand over all her knowledge and experience to enthusiastic young pupils, eager to learn how to Pirouette, kick, turn and leap, hence The Tracy Quaife Theatre Dance School was born.

Louise Wright

Teacher

Louise has been with The Tracy Quaife Theatre Dance School since the day she took her first few steps, excelling in her IDTA Teachers Exams.

Louise has performed in many shows at the Royal Concert Hall, Nottingham Playhouse, Sadler’s Wells, Apollo Manchester and Her Majesty’s theatre London.

Dance is her passion and Louise is head coach for our younger pupils at Quayside Court Studios.

Beth studied with the Tracy Quaife Theatre Dance School, achieving many IDTA exams and performing in Pantomimes and shows.

Beth attended and studied at Stella Mann Performing Arts College and Midlands Academy of dance and drama After finishing at MADD Beth realised her passion was in teaching and is our head coach at our Gamston and Whatton Schools.

Claire studied at Performers College in London, training in Singing, Acting and Dance, gaining her teaching qualifications with Distinction in all core subjects.

After graduation Claire performed with Sir Cliff Richard on his ‘Route of Kings’ Concerts at Hyde Park and then became a resident dancer on the television show ‘Stars in their Eyes’. Alongside this show, Claire also worked on Top of the Pops, CD Uk, The National Lottery, The Mobo and The Brit Awards, working with many chart-topping artists such as Robbie Williams, Westlife, Jamelia and Enrique Iglesias.

Her theatre credits include many professional pantomimes, trade and fashion shows, travelling the world on many cruise ships including the ship Caronia (sister ship to the Q.E.2 ).

Graeme Pickering

Teacher

Training: Liverpool Institute of Performing Arts.

Before embarking on a professional career Graeme was a pupil of Tracy Quaife Theatre Dance School.

As a performer, Graeme has travelled the world on luxury cruise lines performing in first class productions. Performance work has been for major lines including Costa Cruises, Carnival Cruises, Celebrity Cruises and the prestigious, world-famous company, Cunard Line. Graeme also performed as part of the celebrations for the London 2012 Olympics.

Choreography includes Jack and the Beanstalk and Beauty and the Beast (Palace Theatre, Newark), The Great Gatsby (Branston), Beauty and the Beast (Grand Pavilion, Porthcawl), Loserville and Spelling Bee (Capstone Theatre, Liverpool) and Christmas Spectacular (Tatton Park). Graeme has also choreographed for various agent showcases across the UK.

As a teacher, Graeme has worked in many distinguished full-time dance and theatre schools across the UK, training aspiring students to succeed in the world of show business. Graeme teaches regularly at Elmhurst Ballet School, Studio 79 (Leicester), Jelli Studios (Liverpool) and Funky Studios. He has delivered workshops at LIPA, Leicester College of Performing Arts, Expressions Academy of Performing Arts, Chantry Dance School, Centre Pointe Studios, Rare Studios, Creative Academy and Liverpool Theatre School to name a few!

In 2015, Graeme began working for Celebrity Cruise Line’s new production company as their London Casting Associate. Within his role, he has been lucky enough to work with the casting team not only in London, but also across Europe.
